Something purple with a face

maiyamayhem:

I knit this cowl for a friend as part of a knitting swap. Read more on my Ravelry page.

This makes me so happy, yellow and grey forever! I kind of want to copy it, but for a baby blanket and maybe make it a little less assymmetric. I’d have to knit the blanket in the round and then cut it, and I’ve never done that before, so we’ll see. Also, I’ve got lots of other projects going on right now and no immediate baby to gift this to either. But definitely remembering this, I love the colours so so much!

Okay I have been working on this scarf for like two months and this is how far I am.

I need some motivation.

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL! You don’t have to finish it, just stop right there and make a wall hanging out of it. I’m so impressed with your double knitting skills!

OMG YES! I need to make that. I think I might have the perfect yarn for it too.

I’m in major love with this cowl. It’s perfect for transitioning into warmer weather.
The linen + yellow is perfect.
